By downloading or using Pixel Car Jam (the "App"), you agree to these terms.

1. License

Cacele Digital, LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App or its content, or use it in any unlawful way.

3. Content ownership

All game art, audio, and code are owned by Cacele Digital, LLC or its licensors. Flags shown are public-domain national flags used for identification only.

4. Ads and purchases

The App is free and supported by ads. Any in-app purchases are subject to the terms of the store you bought them through.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cacele Digital, LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
